I was delighted with this company. The quality of the product, the speed of service and the efficiency were all unmistakable. From ordering to receiving my beautiful duvet, two days only elapsed. Having worked in the field of Quality Management for eight years, I knew automatically what to look for and, in general terms, it was there. If I have one minor suggestion for improvement, however, it would be in Customer Services where the staff member I spoke to could not point me in the right direction to obtain a sufficiently generous duvet cover. He contented himself with admitting that he didn't know and could not possibly recommend a competitor! I would have thought customer satisfaction more important than giving trade to a competitor when the product in question is not one your own company produces anyway! I purchased a top of the range single sized goosedown duvet: surely my need to procure a top of the range, generously sized cover for it is both legitimate and understandable. Reviews said that the after sales service was excellent so I assumed it would be. Actually, it was the only small part of the entire process that disappointed me a little. Otherwise I would have given Yawn 5 stars. Personally I think the Company should - somehow - produce or procure for sale its own stylish, high quality duvet covers as well!
