Excellent and quick, but shame one item was broken!
Services received was excellent as was the customer service upon hearing of a broken item I received. Have requested a refund on one item and a request to receive a replacement to the broken so I will see if their service is consistent!

Great serviced received although some items were out of stock. Delivery was excellent as one item came from suppliers direct which arrived at the same time. Will use them again.

Excellent above and beyond survey!
We received a first rate building survey completely detailed which was brilliant for a first time buyer. It really took the building apart and offered us significant considerations. We received a call following the survey to discuss the initial findings and the survey was first rate in his transparent discussion of his findings. The report was excellent and for anyone looking at a property of nearly a 100 years old well worth the money. At the end of the day when you are looking at spending a significant amount of money on a house, the millermetcalfe fees are minimal yet significantly well worth the money.
We would not only recommend them to others, but will use them again when buying in years to come.
