Great service no trouble and very tentative towards supporting you with your request. Delivery on time as requested. Buschbeck was very well wrapped and packaged on the palette. Easy to assemble but need some physical lifting to make-up the outdoor fire. Cool price, quality product and truly nice staff member on the phone. Will buy again at keen Gardener in the future. Service is very important and compared to other on-line retailers for gardening products they are certainly in a league above the rest from my first purchase experience!
