Dear Adrian, I apologise that your experience with the delivery company was not to your satisfaction. Our standard delivery times are Monday - Friday, working hours. We can arrange Saturday delivery at an extra cost. We had requested that the parcels be left in the shed and I will need to look into why this did not happen. I can see that you were carded by the delivery company and re-delivery could have been arranged for another day, convenient to you, or we could have re-iterated that the boxes were to be left in the shed. We can also give an ETA on the morning of the delivery as to when your parcel should arrive with yourself. I apologise that you had to drive to get your parcels, if we had known that there was a situation with your delivery we could have avoided this for you and helped you with this.
