The person who dealt with me on the phone was brilliant, they were so helpful, he explained everything to me in a way that I could understand, and I didn't need to ask any questions as he had already answered them. I'm glad I contacted them as I feel safe communicating with the person dealing with me, and when I had finished talking to him he wished me a lovely afternoon and told me he would contact me in a few days to see how I was doing and that if he needed anything else in the meantime he would contact me, I am defiantly going to recommend them to any friends or family who have been in an accident.
This is the worst experience ive ever had of sending a parcel, OK they picked up 2 of my parcels on the day they promised (mind I did pay £19 for both NEXT DAY DELIVERY service through parcel to go.com) and 1 of the (cheapest cost) parcels was delivered on the day as planned, but the expensive item I sent (mobile phone) was scanned in at the main depot, then on the way to the delivery depot "somehow disappeared" (more likely stolen), which meant the person I sold it to, I had to refund OUT OF MY OWN EXPENSES (£150.00+7.50 POSTAGE). Even though ive opened a case with them and parcel to go.com I have received nothing yet, so thats me £157.50 at loss and someone has hold of MY phone, pathetic delivery company NEVER EVER use.
