I received a fast confirmation to my e-mail as is usual. However, 48 hours later there is no sign of the e-ticket that normally follows the confirmation.
I booked another ticket with lastminute.com this morning 5 Feb. Again I received confirmation via e-mail. The e-ticket arrived 3 hours later.
Make of that what you will but so far I am not favouring ebookers.
Generally poor. Rang 20 minutes prior as instructed, arrived bang on time but had to wait almost 10 minutes. On return, rang twice as instructed and had to wait 25 minutes from time of second call. Unacceptable, would have been quicker to go to the Long Term.
Operator blamed traffic which at 9pm on a weekday evening was just about as lame as you get as an excuse. No apology on arrival of car.
