You can tell a good customer service when things go wrong

Ordered this cheap little subwoofer and it arrived broken, one call and they replaced or refunded, when the new one came I couldn't get it to work so called them to get a guy that went through the options on my amplified (not supplied by them) explaining everything and it works really well, not only is this thing cheap it also works, this company could teach the big boys "customer services".
