I ordered some plates, cutlery, mugs and glasses. They all arrived next day as promised very well wrapped and all were great quality - especially given the low prices paid. One of the mugs was damaged so I let them know and they sent another one straight away without a fuss which arrived the following day (in what was surely the world record largest box for a single mug).
Ordered on a Wednesday for Friday delivery.
Not delivered Friday so they offered a Saturday delivery.
Not delivered on Saturday so they offered a Tuesday morning delivery.
It's finally due for delivery on Tuesday afternoon - and not in the morning as promised.
Customer service were friendly when I contacted them it has to be said, although they didn't manage to get the item delivered when they said it would.
I don't have the energy to describe the amount of times I've had to contact them to try and arrange a delivery, but the upshot is that the goods are due to finally be delivered today at 3pm - after they promised me a pre-12pm delivery and I'd made plans around being in for the delivery in the morning.
Having said that, the products I've ordered from made.com have been very good quality and good value for money.
** Update ** the products finally arrived at 4pm. Made.com have apologise and offered me a voucher for a future order which is good. I ordered 4 chairs and a coffee table which once again are excellent quality and great value.
I needed a table urgently so ordered one on a Wednesday afternoon and paid for next day delivery which was due to be delivered today (Friday). I checked the tracking this morning and saw that it hadn't been dispatched. I rang up and was told that after sales phone lines aren't working so they could call me back. 3 hours later I've still not had a callback.
Because I know someone who used to work there I asked her to contact WorldStores for me and she was eventually told that my table was out of stock. Given that I'd paid for next day delivery on Wednesday, selected Friday delivery and that they charged my card the same day, it is really poor that no-one from the company has yet contacted me to tell me about this delay.

In response to the reply below from Prachi: " I am sorry that the item you ordered turned out to be out of stock."
I understand that items can be out of stock - the main problem was that you never told me that it was out of stock and hadn't been dispatched. I had to find out for myself on the day I was expecting delivery. As a result of not finding out until the Friday I had to pay £35 more to buy it elsewhere with a Saturday delivery. I've asked for this extra expense to be reimbursed by WorldStores and so far you've refused. I've asked for this to be reconsidered - as it's a fair request.

I've just updated my order from 1 star to 2 star. After 3 requests to cover the extra £35 I spent on getting it elsewhere on a Saturday delivery were refused, I emailed Ben who is in charge of the contact centre. They've just offered to cover this extra amount and will be paying me by BACS. Good that they're doing it but it shouldn't have taken 4 requests to get it done.
I've been using Currency UK for a couple of years now when I realised I could make big savings compared to the rates offered by both my bank and the previous currency broker we used. They offer a very fast and efficient service and would be happy to recommend them.
I ordered some vouchers as a Christmas present on 14th December. I paid for delivery by 20th December. On the 24th December I received an email stating that the order has been sent out - this meant that there was no chance of Christmas delivery. It's now 3rd Jan and it still hasn't been delivered. I rang up to get the tracking number and spoke to a very aggressive rude woman who offered no apology and refused to refund my postage. A very unimpressive experience.
