Supported recommendation for alternate delivery.

The online ordering was the easy part and no issue experienced. However, the actual delivery was not straight forward. The standard option is delivery by courier which only delivers between standard office hours, there is no flexibility. For people working that can be difficult. The only option to pick up outside of normal office hours was either car, rail or bike to Byfleet. Fortunately it did not rain during the bike trip!
I recommend that options be offered on limne and where timing is not critical then the use of Royal Mail is more convenient.
