I placed my order online on Monday, and realised that I had mistakenly only ordered one bulb instead of two, so I rang the number on the website. The phone was answered almost immediately, and a very helpful person adjusted my order. I also asked if I could change it to next day delivery which was done. Once the amended order was in place, they emailed me to confirm the order. The following morning I received a text from them informing me that my order would be delivered between 10am and 11am. It arrived at 10.40. only 5 mins after i had received it, I got another text saying that I should have received my order and they hoped that I was happy. The upshot of this is.....what absolutely wonderful customer service from garden4less !!! Helpful people who answer the phone promptly, great communication by email and text so you dont worry about your order, easy to use website, prompt delivery with accurate notification. All in all ..fantastic, I will definately use them again. I dont normally do reviews, but I am really impressed. Well done garden4less!
