White line across inside photograph

The website was easy to use. The choice of cards was good. The cards were delivered in good time. However 14 out of the 30 cards we ordered had a small white line on the inside photograph. As we wanted to get the cards sent quickly we didn't bother to complain so we didn't give the company the chance to sort it out so I can't comment on customer service.

In future we are more likely to try a different company.
