My first "Fix" over the internet

I'm an ex computer engineer (76), so TV's are a bit of a challenge to me now that I'm retired. Although the first board I received from FlatTVParts had a slight problem, they did not hesitate (without any question) to send me out a replacement with no extra cost to me. I have nothing but praise for the service that they have given me.
