Our order was HANDLED very efficiently

We purchased a number of door handles, kick plates and several items of door furniture.
We rang and placed the order over the phone rather than on line as there were several questions we needed to ask.
The lady who took our order, Helen, was very helpful, answered all of our questions and I have to say her overall attitude was very impressive.
We were told delivery could take 28 days but arrived in 7 days.
Overall impression a very professional company which we would use again and certainly recommend.
