I sent my iPhone off to be repaired for a smashed screen. No communication whatsoever after emailing them four times and calling them. I received an email after two weeks apologising for the poor service, and was told I would be issued a full refund and receive my phone back ASAP. A week later, my phone arrived in the post, repaired screen, seemed to be working fine, an hour a later the phone has a black screen and doesn't show anything. I still haven't received a refund either. Awful company, I have no iPhone and have lost £29 (not including delivery charges)
