OptiBac Probiotics
OptiBac Probiotics have given me a comfortable gut!
Having ME, a sensitivity to milk, wheat and yeast, taking painkillers four times a day for arthritis and recently being diagnosed with a sliding hiatus hernia, my intestinal flora were already taking a battering! Then I was given antibiotics for a tooth abscess!
Thrush took over completely; I was bloated, couldn't wear anything at all tight around my waist and seesawed between diarrhoea and constipation.
My GP gave me fungicides, but it was not until I saw Optibac's advertising and started taking their antibloat probiotics that any real improvement occurred.
I now keep a stock of Bowel Calm, For a Flat Stomach and To Maintain Regularity probiotics and take them as necessary. It is great to know that my digestive system is working properly and that I can keep it that way.
