If i was in business this is how i'd like to be
I ordered and corrected the order over the 'phone ... nothing phased the team.
My order arrived, unfortunately too small but a phone call later I was again sorted
This is customer service ... without a sweat.

Tooo simple, pun intended - albeit a bad one and probably not been said before ... hmmm
Order, pay, deliver ... nice guy delivering (Montgomery Distribution ... I think) who was very helpful.
There's not a lot you can say when things are this effective.
