Ordered a pair of Asics trainers which never came, until I had to ring up customer services to order it who realized that it was sent to the wrong address - friendly service and refund offered promptly. But I would have liked to have my trainers!
Got an email giving me a one-hour delivery window, waited at home the whole time and suddenly got an email saying that there was no one at home to receive the parcel! Totally unacceptable service, the driver did not even bother to press the buzzer of my flat or anything, seems as if he got to my door and just simple left. Called customer service and the caller on the other end was terribly rude, kept interrupting me and cutting me off, and giving excuses such as "Your intercom may not be working"... (rubbish, it's working fine), and eventually I got him to contact the driver (gave the driver the wrong details, sent him on a wild goose chase). Later in the day the driver contacted me and dropped off my order but not after a long period of conversation because of the wrong details given. Got my item but wasted an entire day waiting for my parcel, good grief. Will SPECIFICALLY opt out of their services from now on and you should too, for the sake of your blood pressure.
