unreliable delivery service

You would think they could arrange a pairs of shoes
to arrive at one of their stores within a week 4 working days

Maybe i am being unreasonable to expect them to deliver
what they promise !

Still not arrived - when i called i was given some rubbish excuse
that it was the couriers fault - well thats alright then
