The Fire I bought was a very expensive model from Cisco. The transaction was efficient and a follow up email was immediately sent confirming purchase and delivery and brief distant selling laws. No problems at all. What I would have liked would have been a follow up email/text/phone call confirming my delivery date nearer the time(1week from order) and a text on the day when the schedule route is worked out of an eta slot +/- 1 hour.You do after all take all of these contact details during the ordering process. This is what I got from Appliances Online on purchasing a cheaper washing machine which is why I rated their service as excellent and a benchmark for on line service especially communication
