So good, I used them twice!

Having called a few local surveyors the prices quoted forced me to look online, wider afield. From the reviews of MMS, and the price, I decided to give them a shot, albeit with a touch of hesitation. I need not of worried, the survey was done quickly, thoroughly and the report came back ahead of schedule. It was exactly what I wanted, clear and thorough which enabled me to make an informed decision about the purchase, ultimately deciding to pull out. A short time later I offered on another property and without hesitation I used MMS a second time. Exactly what I expected, excellent service, prompt and thorough survey which took the time to look at little extras I asked for. Would highly recommend MMS to everyone and would definately use again for any future house purchase.
