Have been with Talk talk for about 4 years. Just before Xmas 2012 I began to experience really slow broadband speeds. I attributed this to the cold weather and put up with it. After six weeks with no improvement, I visited the members forums and was amazed at the number of complaints and unresolved issues, many had been posted 5 days previous and some which were posted 3 months ago had still not been resolved. My usual speed has been around 5Mbps and using their speed checker it showed my speeds of 181Mbps to 0.02Mbps. Today I gave up and phoned Pakistan. Abla told me there was no fault on the line and everything was ok. I Am going to look at terminating my contract and possibly move to BT. Will also contact Ofcom.

Ordered a shower screen a vendor on Amazon, opted for the next day delivery as I would be home for the delivery.
Never turned up as promised, turned up at 16.00 the following day. Fortunately I was in, otherwise there would have been no alternative dates for a re delivery.
The vendor has obviously paid for next day delivery, which City link has failed to deliver.
I would say to any vendor who uses City link, that your reputation and business will suffer as a result of using them.
