First Class Service

I have been using Scan for approx. 10 years now and have to say the service is better than anywhere else I've shopped.

If they say it's in stock then it is in stock unlike other companies.
They update you throughout the order process throughout the day until the item(s) are dispatched.
You get a text with a 1 hour delivery window.
Whenever there has been any problem they have always went out there way to sort it.
The staff I've dealt with have always been helpful and knowledgeable and never try to rush you.
The prices are always competitive.
Overall I'm very impressed with Scan and will continue to shop with them for years to come.
