First and last experience with Absolute Beds!! Customer service was not sufficient it was a battle to get absolute beds to correspond with their suppliers for the failed delivery of my item on TWO occasions! Reason was lost in transit?? Poor service! Not very polite people. Very bad attitude as if, "so what, shit happens, you'll get your money when we get a chance." Never again!!!

Re:Your order of one single foam mattress,lost by the courier,cancelled and fully refunded.
We appreciate your comment and we understand your upset,but please give us the credit that we have done everything we could .
The courier has at the end accepted that they lost the mattress,certainly this is a sad accident and not our fault.
I consider that my colleagues and myself have behaved in the best professional manner,because this is how we are :always courteous,polite and agreeable.
