Worst company to deal with!!!

I bought a DSLR few months back as they were selling it at a lower price. After paying for an expensive courier fees i have received the iten in 3 days and i was in a complete shock when i opened the box and seen that my order was not in the original packaging!!! The camera looks dodgy (fake) and i believe it's faulty!!! I tried to communicate through email quickly but got a response really late! The website informs you that they are UK based but completely NOT! When you call the number posted, you will be connected to USA based staff. Once again, i got charged on my landline for calling abroad. The staff are not technically trained and yet so ARROGANT!!! I tried to arranged a return or exchange but of course i have to return it buy paying the postage by myself. So in short, very unprofessional product packaging, poor customer service and most of all very dodgy products!!!
