Having had to take a day off to wait for their engineer to come and fix my microwave. I was told to expect a call first thing to be given an approximate time for them to show up. Nothing. Then when I chased up I was told he could not make it (without even bothering to notify me), as his van broke down. The only thing they could propose is to reschedule for another day, as if people's time is of no value, and to them it makes no difference that one has to book another day off work. No business should be allowed to hold their customers hostages and get away with this, and no one has to suffer and put up with badly organized companies, and badly maintained vehicles
Was offered a price for my tablet - lower than some other sites, but I took it anyway given the option that I could drop the device myself directly in their offices. After dropping it, I receieved an email slahing the price offered by half due to a tiny crack found in a replacable cover in the back of the device. Not only did I find this to be unfair, but was upset that such information was not given when the device was dropped off, rather than going through the hassle of having to re-arrange for a pick up
