I was looking forward to buy my first PlayStation 3 console, ( I know, It's probably too late) and after a long search come across Shopto website.
They have a very good website, easy to navigate around, lots of good offers and a very helpful and friendly customer service, I know that because I needed to contact them regarding sending my item to the place where I work instead of home and they were kind enough to give me an alternative way of doing it! I received my package very quickly without and damage and everything was superb!

I came across this website while searching for a shampoo, I purchased it about 2 mounts ago, didn't have any problem, got it on time and was very satisfy with this shampoo! However, I tried to order another one on 5th of October, although I created an account with this website and was hoping to have all my delivery and account detail stored, that wasn't the case, I was asked to either enter all my details again or pay with PayPal! Anyway, I send them an e-check on 5th of October, received an email from PayPal that my check has gone through on 15th of October, didn't get any notification from these guys, I tried to check my order status on their website, I logged in and couldn't find any option regarding Order history, than I remembered that they actually sent me an email the first time when I payed them directly from their website, clicked on link and got to my order history page, this is 17th of October and my order still was on pending! Sent an email to their customer service and ask for any information! Their response was that, they just had my payment on 16th and this item is actually out of stock! I'm 100% sure that I didn't see or get any notification regarding this item being out of stock when I added it to my cart, so to make sure, while I just finished their email, went to their web site, add the same product to my cart and try to order it again, guess what, nothing regarding this item being out of stock!!! Took an snapshot from PayPal email and send another email to their customer service and told them about this issue, no response from them anymore! Today is 22th of October, and i still haven't received my item neither any news from these folks! So! i recommend if you want to buy anything from them, give them a call and make sure your item is actually in stock!
