The website is very easy to use, admittedly time consuming typing in the barcodes but this is somewhat unavoidable. I was surprised when a few of my unwanted items were not wanted by Music Magpie either, I didn't realise they declined certain CDs when they only charge 30p for them in the first place.
Nonetheless, 90% of my items were accepted so I placed the order with the collection service which is free so no complaints there. They collected the goods 2 days later, very efficient.
This was the point at which things slow down somewhat, I think it took over a week to receive notification my goods had been received at their warehouse, and another week to process the items. At this point I then had to re-validate my bank details for the transfer and wait a further 4 days for the payment, so quite a long time overall. I appreciate there is probably a lot of time involved in processing orders but it might be worth mentioning this somewhere at the order placement stage, it certainly looks a lot more streamlined on the TV advert!
Overall I would still recommend them as they did pay the amount initially offered which isn't always the case with similar companies.
