I have ordered things from Pixmania several times. I was absolutely happy with their service. The problems started when their delivery company (Yodel - you can read some reviews about them. They are worst delivery company in the word.) did not deliver my parcel. On the 15 Sept. I have ordered a film scanner from them, today is 18 Oct. and I don't have my parcel, I don't have my money. Every time I am calling them they say that everything is fine and I will receive my money today, obviously that is all not true, today lasts for the last 2 weeks. I am absolutely devastated, I am a photography student and £ 214 is a big sum of money for me. As I am shooting film, film scanner is an essential thing for me. I can not order a new one, I can't scan my projects for Uni, they not only took my money but they also stop me from doing work, as I don't have money to order it from someone else. Horrible month of my life. In total I had to call Yodel and Pixmania 19 times during this month, I have written 3 emails and no result. The made my life so complicated, I'm calling Customer Service almost every day.
