Please don't lie about attempted deliveries!

I received a text informing me that my parcel would be delivered within a one hour window. The delivery time came and went - no parcel. I went onto the website to track it, and it said that delivery had been attempted but there was no one available to sign for it. This is complete rubbish! Please note: 1. I have been working at home all day. 2. My window overlooks the road and front door, and I can assure you no one has been! 3. I have not had a calling card pushed through the door. Therefore - NO ONE HAS BEEN!! There are no phone numbers to ring to complain to, just web forms which doesn't help when you need your parcel urgently. I can't even collect it from the depot because apparently you need your calling card, which of course I haven't got. Useless! Carl Howard, Manchester 07949 668284
