Booked 2 rooms for 3 nights through EBookers. Within 5 minutes of booking, I realised I had booked the correct days, but in the wrong month. I contacted EBookers, and they told me that the rooms I had booked were non-refundable, so I was going to lose both rooms for all 3 nights. I know that I made the error, and would have accepted paying a fee for this error, but to lose the whole lot? EBookers told me that there was nothing they could do, as it was down to the hotel. Surely EBookers should be able to negotiate on your behalf, and only be dealing with reputable hoteliers? I won't book through them again.
I have been using this site for a while now, and have no reservations in recommending it to anyone. It is a fantastic way to save money on goods you are going to buy anyway, the customer service is good, and the site tracks your purchases and earnings very clearly. Unfortunately savings on eBay are no longer available, and there are no savings on Amazon even though you can get your money paid in Amazon vouchers.
The website is easy to use and the postage is very fast ,and I live in Cyprus. Also they always have quirky little gifts as suprises

The issue seems to have been the price increase between April and June that you did not want to pay and you elected to keep the booking as it was.
