How is it possible to have a company that treats its customer as bad as you???. We go to their store (in Bad Hersfeld) to cancel a subscription (mobile and LTE usb) as we did not have any signal where we lived so we thought that 90€ a month for 2 years was enough (eventhough the cleark said it was great when we bought it). then we are told that they will not take the cancelatiion in the store and we need to send it in to the head office. We did that but we never got any reply from them -at all-, then they turn off the subscriptions and we think all is fine they cancled the subscriptions -Perfect-. But no. Now 3 months later they send an inkasso notice, and when I go to your store I get told that they put a year more on the subscription, without telling us, as they haden't recieved the cancelation in time..... That is probaby the worst customer survice and customer experience I have ever tried.
