I placed an order with Missguided on Sunday and was advised my order qualified for free next day delivery.
My item didnt arrive the next day but I wasnt too concerned as I`d made my order on a Sunday evening so assumed it would come on the Tuesday - it didnt.
Having never used this company before I decided to do some poking around which led me onto here and I was frankly shocked by what I read and concerned that my item was never gonna show up and that I`d been had.
I emailed the company (there is no contact telephone number which is very unhelpful) and I was told my order had been dispatched yet my account status was showing that the order was still processing??????
Then on Thursday (later than stated but not as long as I`d feared after reading the comments) it arrived and I have to say that the item was lovely, fit really well and I`m very happy!
Overall I think the customer service is lacking somewhat and its difficult to contact this company but although later than advised my item did arrive in time for the occasion I wanted it for and its a nice item.
