I bought a coffee machine through Groupon. Delivery took a long time and no-one replied to my email I sent asking where my parcel was. That would only suggest to me that the company was either very small and didn't have many people behind the IT and customer service dep or they are just not very customer conscious. BUT an BIG plus + for the actual deal itself! That was a great deal!!
Apart from that little issue, the coffee machine is great and helps me to wake up to a lovely aroma in the morning.
