Good product let down by very flimsy toilet seat.
The close-coupled toilet was easy to fit and works perfectly. The soft-close toilet seat, however, was far too flimsy and was discarded in favour of the seat from the original toilet, which was (fortunately) still in pristine condition. I'd definitely buy this product again, the toilet itself appears to be good quality (it has a 25-year guarantee according to the marketing info, although there is no documentation to support this). I would prefer, however, to be offered a choice of toilet seats to avoid wasting money.
