excellent aftersales service

I'm a regular customer of DX. It's still not clear to me how their business model works: Even tiny orders of just a couple of dollars is free of shipment costs all the way to Europe. When a problem occurs with the purchased product, they simply replace it, without (many) questions. Good pre-sales service, good prices, reasonable quality, excellent aftersales service!!!

Delivery times are very reasonable too.
