I ordered my dress on Monday with £3.95 next day delivery. It arrived on time which was great...
However, the dress had mould or black pen on it, (5 marks) the hem was dodgy and there was make up on the front.
Disappointed as it was for my birthday I found their number in google and emailed them, also tweeted them. They apologised and offered 10% discount off my next order. Took 2 days to confirm whether they'd send another...
Confirmation email received yesterday (thursday) saying it was in route, then an email to say it was out of stock, then another to say it was coming...
Friday (today) called again, they confirm its coming? Then an email to say it's not and that my alternative choice is out if stock as well....
Then I get a call to say it's definately coming but they're delivering it to my home address when mr delivery address is my work address!! Now sat at home with no doorbell!!
Absolute shambles. Will never buy from missguided again!!
