Customer Services need to be retrained as they have forgot how to give GOOD customer service.

It is now Friday 19 October 2012 & i am still waiting for a delivery from 12 October.
They cannot contact the carrier & the courier will not phone them when they leave a call back on his system.
I am in the process of contacting their MD now.
They wont even give compensation to me - so much for 3-5 day delivery.
More like 3-5 weeks!!!
