I ordered a matress topper which was delivered well ahead of the estimated delivery date.
The topper was a bit crumpled (a ridge down the middle), having been rolled incorrectly before packing, but I expect it to flatten with use.
I wish I had read reviews of Purely Gadgets before ordering through Tesco Direct. An order for Samsung Galaxy Nexus phone placed on 28 September is sitll marked 'to be dispatched. I cancelled the order on 11th October as it was destined for a birthday on 13th. I am still waiting for a refund.
Tesco Direct should be ashamed to be associated with this company. I am not impressed with Tesco Direct shifting the responsibility to the customer when things go wrong.
There should be the option of selecting 0 stars for such lack of customer service.
