When I placed the order I didn't realize it would be shipped in from the US, and this worried me slightly in terms of time.

However, the order was processed and delivered very quickly (I did pay the faster delivery but even so...) and I had detailed tracking info from start to finish. In future I may opt for the free delivery service and see how it works out...

After placing the order I received a call from a very enthusiastic and friendly guy called Jack who confirmed my details which also added to my piece of mind.

The item I ordered was just as expected and listed, and of course cheaper than I'd seen on comparable sites, so I was more than pleased in that respect.

In conclusion, I was happy with the process and the order - and will probably order from them again in the future, would also recommend to anyone shopping for photography gear.
