One Sided
I wrote an accurate review of a company I'd done business with which was subsequently deemed to be in violation ! There are a lot of such messages removed for "violation" and the only reviews remaining are good ones !
To have some credibility you need to stop removing all the bad reviews which are factually correct - otherwise it ain't much of an impartial review site - more a mutual admiration society !

Let me start by telling you that we have not reported your review. It can either be reported by another user or the company itself. I have checked with your support and could see that in your case it was the company that blocked your review. But it will come back online as the reporting isn't valid. I also noticed that they gave you a reply, so I am surprised that they have reported the reviews afterwards,. This is not how Trustpilot is intended to work. Therefore I have asked our Account Manager for have a talk with the company, as you were not the only person in this situation. Thanks for letting us know. Your review should be back online in a couple of days I hope.
