Just recently bought a kettle from this company, used it not even a whole week and it completely broke down. I didnt keep the receipt as it was workin fine after the first few times but as i had kept the packagin thought surely its not a problem. Went back into the store which by the way was way too busy without enough staff to help and was told, ice cold, thats not their problem, nothing they can do. I thought I'm not hearing right! What could I have done to a kettle thats a week old??? I do not recommend this company to anyone.
Have been wiv this company for nearly a year and don't hav a bad word to say bout them. Whenever I call up to place an order I always get thu to the same person, which gives a nice personal touch. The products for my last order was not in stock which was unusual but it was corrected straight away and I was kept informed all the way thru and the lenses were wiv me only a few days later. I'd really like to say a big thanks to I believe Nina, for her ever so efficient and warm service. I certainly am looking forwad to placing my next order!
