I have been shopping with HQHair for a few years now, as they stock some brands that we don't have in Australia. For the first couple of years, things were great - customer service replied promptly to queries, and my package usually arrived in about a week. But the past couple of years, I have found that it hasn't been the same - customer service doesn't always answer my queries, and my parcels take 3 or so weeks to arrive. The items are also just thrown in a box & aren't really packaged that well, and with all that travelling they have to do, the packaging arrives dented sometimes. Luckily so far my products haven't arrive damaged. I would order more often if things arrived quicker and better packaged, but when I'm left with no other choice with certain brands, then I place an order - but sometimes feel like I'm taking a gamble.
