Excellent Holiday

We arrived back from our holiday in Alcudia Majorca on friday 12/10/ 2012, it was brilliant we stayed at the "Hotel Lagomonte" this was all sorted out for us by Jet 2.com, we will definately be using them again as our holiday was stress free from start to finish.
we had previously booked with an online company a holiday to Tenerife, this was friday 28/09/2012, which was confirmed, then on the morning of the 29/09/2012 we recieved a phone call from them to say that all the flights had already been taken on the Thursday 27/9/2012 but that they could still get us there but we would hve to pay an extra £300, so because they wanted extra money from us we cancelled it & decided to look for another. This is when we came to go on our hols with (Jet2)we can only say that after explaining to the lady on the phone what had happened she was very understanding & very very helpful, it was not a problem to her to help us in finding our holiday at all, even though we were going somewhere different we had a fantastic holiday thanks to Jet2.com.
So we would really like to say a big thank you for all the help we recieved from them, we actually ended up in a lovely hotel nice & clean with very friendly & helpful staff & the best thing of all we had beautiful weather thanks a million Jet 2 .com
