I order online all the time and have very few problems, the one time I have used Pixmania I received a scanner/printer with a broken glass scanning bed, no damage to the shipping packaging to indicate a shipper mishandeling the box. The customer support has been hopeless! I've exchanged a few polite emails but It's now been 3 weeks since I received the scanner / printer, no resolution to the issue, in fact I had an email stating that the parcel had been lost although it's sitting signed for in my hallway! Customer support have stopped replying to me... I will not be using them again.
