I submitted a cashback claim in August for Virginmedia. I I did not receive any update so I checked the Quidco site - they closed the claim because I did not respond to emails. Either they did not send them or gmail classed them as spam - although the last email was sent on the 5th Oct andI believe gmail deletes spam after 30, but there is no Quidco email in spam folder
The worst thing about this is there is no way to communicate with them if your query falls outside a very narrow category, The help screen claims to help with any problem, but that is blatantly not true,
