Sleepers awake

Ordering was fine; quick delivery date given. The only blot was my message wasn't passed on to the driver that I couldn't be at home until 11am that morning; this was not passed on to him. I arrived home just in time to find the driver leaving (with the mattress still on the lorry) but managed to PERSUADE him to actually take the mattress off the lorry for me to take delivery. He not very graciously did so!!
