We looked around all the various options for our ordering system and decided on Linnworks. We have been up and running now for 6 months without issue and have found the system reliable with zero downtime. All the features are well thought out and work well. To be honest, selling across 7 channels and nearly 10,000 products, we would find it impossible to manage all our sales without this system.
We ordered our first order with Davpack with a next day delivery on our packages, but due to an error with NightFreight, rather than Davpack, the order came split with some arriving next day and the other the day after.
Davpack contacted us regarding this and subsequently refunded our carrier charges for the inconvenience. This, in my opinion, was excellent customer service, dealt with promptly and without any issues.
As as result I would highly recommend them as a trustworthy company to deal with and we will certainly be using them in the future as they are a rare breed online... a company that actually cares and delivers exceptional customer service.
