I ordered a king size duvet that was unfortunately faulty when it arrived (a hole had been repaired). Phoned Cologne and Cotton straightaway and they sent a replacement the same day, and agreed to refund the postage on the faulty item when I returned it. Customer Services couldn't of been more helpful. They also helped with my confusion over pillow case sizing! Also, apologised again for the long delay on mohair throws that are still out of stock.
