Returned my kit and requested refund.This was on 16/8/12 and not received anything yet. NOW cannot get them on their website, have they stopped trading??
Would like to advise,that as from yesterday I contacted "JANE" @ customer services and explained my complaint in full, whereby, I have been assured a full credit is forthcoming. Please accept plaudits Jane for professionally conducting and listening to genuine complaints and reacting forthwith.
