everything went ok, van clean and tidy but NO FUEL CARD - which is where the problem started !! I filled the van up with diesel after use, to a level over and above what the starting level was - but despite this, the company took out extra money from my account without checking with me first. I have phoned the company regarding this, the woman in customer service did not seem overly interested and said they "may" put the money back - over a week later, and an email, which had no reply I am still waiting for this money to be refunded. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired - I hope that anyone hiring one of these vehicles does not have any problems as it is difficult to resolve them !!!
